My appointment today!!!

I had my OB appointment today and it went great! The baby looks great and my placenta seems to have moved up. My doctor said that it only needs to move up a little more and he thinks by my next appointment April 23rd that it will be totally out of the way. So lets hope that happens!!! The baby had a strong heart beat and the doctor could even feel him kicking when he had the ultrasound wand thing on my stomach. He said "he's an active and strong little guy!". He flashed his boy parts for us again a couple times then shut his legs really quick lol. He's deff. a boy! No mistaking that!!! haha I asked my doctor if he still plans on inducing me and he said yes and probably at 39 weeks (which would be July 24th) but he said we'll probably start trying to naturally induce me as early as 36 weeks so my body will start to dilate and it will make the induction easier. I'm so excited! I can't wait to meet my little man! He's been moving soooo much lately. He's very active which is a relief! Tomorrow I'll be 22 weeks so we're coming up on the time that Carson passed away. I was 25 weeks with him when we found out he was gone :( My doctor said if I ever have any concerns to come in and he'll check on the baby which makes me feel a lot better. I don't have a bad feeling with this pregnancy like I did last time. With Carson I just KNEW something was wrong from the beginning. I miss him sooooooo much! Well I just wanted to update everyone on my appointment! I can't believe I'm already over half way done! YAY! Hope everyone has a great night!

The weekend is over :[

The weekend went by really fast! On Saturday we found a dresser for the baby's room on craigslist and went and picked it up. It's perfect! It's got a lot of room for his clothes and it's really sturdy. We're going to sand and paint it so I got it ready by cleaning it and sanatizing it lol. I can't wait to have it finished so we can put some of his clothes in it!! Today we re-organized our walk-in closet so we could fit more of Chris' Army stuff in there so it wont be in the baby's closet. It feels good to be getting things done! I can't wait to get started on the nursery! After we worked on the closet and rooms all day we decided to go get some take out. I've really been craving Thai food so we went to Chili Thai in Lacey (the ebst Thai place EVER!) and I got some Yellow Curry Chicken and some sticky rice. It was sooo good. I even have a ton left over so I can eat some tomorrow haha. Well I'm going to go watch some TV and then head to bed. I'm soooo tired. Hope everyone else had a great weekend as well!

The best feeling!!

Lately the baby has been moving like crazy! I swear it feels like he's doing flips haha. I love feeling him move and now I'm not as worried anymore because at first I wasn't feeling very much movement, but now he's all over the place! I still am waiting to feel some hard kicks though because I don't even think I've felt any kicks yet. It's just been movement. It's so hard to tell though lol. I have my next OB appointment on the 26th and I'm excited for it. I'm sure my doctor will do another ultrasound and I'm hoping my placenta has moved up so I can stop worrying about it. I'm also going to ask him when he plans to induce me. I wouldn't mind if it was at 38 weeks haha. So we'll see! I'll update everyone after my appointment.

Besides feeling the baby move there really hasn't been anything new going on with me. I start my next class April 6th and it's Medical Transcription Basic so hopefully that goes well. Chris and I are still trying to decide on a name. It's so tough! I found out one my cousins (she's like a 2nd or 3rd cousin lol) is naming her baby Jackson and that's what I wanted (and she knew it) so now I'm trying to decide if we should still consider using it or pick a different name. We've got a name list going so maybe I'll find a name that I love just as much as Jackson. This morning I woke up with the urge to clean lol. I did a bunch of laundry and cleaned almost the whole house (except our bedroom). I guess I just got a burst of energy haha. Well I better get going I need to clean/organize our room.

Lonely.

Lately I've been feeling so lonely. Since my next class doesn't start until April 6th I don't have anything to do all day. While Chris is at work I pretty much hang out at the house and do laundry or clean and that's about it. I only have a couple good friends here and I don't get to see them or hang out with them much so that doesn't help. Not to mention all my hormones aren't helping any haha. I've been sooooo moody lately and I always take it out on poor Chris! I'm surprised he comes home from work every night LOL. Today has also been 7 months since Carson was born so I've been having a tough time with that. I miss him so much! I just really wish he could be here with us. I still worry and freak out that the same thing will happen to this baby that did with Carson but I try to stay as positive as I can. It doesn't help to worry and I shouldn't be putting any added stress on myself. Well I just needed to vent a little. Hopefully it helps me to feel a little better and I wont feel so lonely.

Ultrasound Pictures! - 19 weeks

Here are a couple of the ultrasound pictures from my appointment on Friday. The first one is obviously of the boy parts lol and the second one is of his face. I can't wait for my next ultrasound. I love getting pictures!

We had a lot of fun baby shopping this weekend! On Saturday my mom and I were gone all day doing my baby registries. I registered at Target and Babies R Us. There is so much cute baby stuff out there! I think we're going to get a new crib from Babies R Us. I have the crib set up right now that was mine when I was a baby but I'm kind of nervous to use it because it's 23 years old and it's kind of wobbly. I'm excited to get started on the nursery! We're going to do a sports theme and I can't wait to get the bedding and all the accesories. It's going to be so cute! We wont be painting his room because we'll be moving into a bigger place on post but we will be buying the wall decals and wall hangings that match the bedding. I'm also going to put his name on the wall (when we decide on a name) with the wooden letters. There's so much to do before baby gets here! And so much you need lol.

Today Tiffany and I went to Costco for lunch lol. We got some hotdogs and I had a frozen yogurt. It was sooooo good! I'd been craving it haha. I think after payday we're going to go up to Tukwila to go shopping at Old Navy for maternity clothes. That'll be fun! Well I should probably get going. I have some laundry to do!

It's a......

BOY!!!!!! Yay! We are so excited! We're also veryyyyy happy/relieved that he's healthy and is right on track for his growth! He was so active and moving all over the place during the ultrasound and his heartbeat was 158. He even had the hiccups haha. It was so cute! They said my placenta is a little low so I have Low Lying Placenta Previa but the doctor was pretty certain that it wouldn't be a problem because it would move up on it's own. I go back to the ADC Clinic for another ultrasound to make sure that my placenta has moved up in 9 weeks. Tomorrow we're going down to the outlet malls to do some shopping for hte baby. I can't wait! Well just wanted to let everyone know that the baby is healthy and loosk great!

Anxious.

Tomorrow morning is my ultrasound! I am so anxious/nervous/EXCITED! I can't wait!! My appointment is at 9:00 but we have to be there at 8:45 and the ultrasound itself is a level 2 and will take around 90 minutes. I really hope that everything looks great with the baby and that it's healthy! I'll let everyone know tomorrow what we're having! YAYYYY!!!

I felt the baby move!!!

FINALLY! I was sooooo excited! I was sitting down and all the sudden I felt this weird bumping feeling. It was like nothing I have ever felt before so I KNOW it was the baby! It made me so happy because I was really worried that I hadn't felt much movement and my doctor said I'd feel more around 20 weeks. I'll be 19 weeks on Friday and I can't wait to feel more and more! Bring on the kicking! lol

4 days!

Until we find out what we're having!! YAY! I can't wait lol. Yesterday I got my hair cut. And I got a LOT cut off! I love it but I'm still getting used to it being this short haha. I'll have to take a picture and post it soon. :) I wanted to do something different since I always get my hair cut the same way and I deff. did something different this time! lol

I had another baby dream last night. This time Carson was in it too! He was like 2 years old though and was sooooo cute! I had just had another baby and it was a girl lol. It was a STRANGE dream though. I had a c-section and afterwards they didn't tell me if the baby was a boy or a girl and made me go sit out in my car and wait for her to be discharged lol. I hadn't even seen the baby yet! Chris came out to the car where Carson and I were and said it was a girl and he named her Sariah Grace (which I don't like...no offense to anyone lol). After that we had to pay $4,000 to get her discharged from the hospital haha. It was such a weird dream! So far all my baby dreams have been about girls so we'll see Friday I guess!

I can't stop thinking about Chris' upcoming deployment! I am so confused on what I'm going to do when he leaves. Do I stay on Ft. Lewis? Do I move to Longview? Do I move to Packwood?? lol It's sooo hard. Chris wants me to move to Packwood so I can save all my BAH so who knows what I'll do. I still have quite a while to decide so that's good.

Well I need to go work out on the treadmill so I'm gonna get off here.. Hope everyone has a great day!
